YOGA FOR TRAVEL
CERTIFICATION
This is an official certification as a Travel Yoga Teacher, learning how to teach yoga at resorts + hotels. The course includes:

Providing safe + effective yoga classes that help hotel and resort guests relax and release tension + stress that is put on the body from traveling.

Learning 7 thirty-minute classes to teach to hotel/resort guests to provide a different and new class each day of the week for travelers. Research has shown most travelers prefer a 30-minute class.

Providing classes that are all levels learning modifications and ways to teach all inclusive classes that are safe for guests of all ages, sizes, and body restrictions. Course includes ways to modify poses including chair yoga + using props.

Learning different styles of classes vacationer's love include: yoga classes indoors, outdoors, on the beach and candlelight yoga.

Leading how to teach to the "traveler" focusing on providing relaxing experiences to help travelers feel peaceful and calm while releasing tension in the hips, back, knees, legs, neck and shoulders + stay present and enjoy their vacation.

SOUND HEALING FOR TRAVELERS
CERTIFICATION
This is an official certification as a Travel Sound Healing Facilitator, teaching how to lead sound healing meditations and sound baths at resorts + hotels. The course includes:

Learning the fundamentals of playing the crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, wind chimes + shakers to provide effective sound meditation classes.

Understanding the science of sound healing + how to teach it in a user friendly way +safe way to tourist, regardless what language they speak.

Learn how to lead community classes + one-on-one classes great for adding on as a spa service.
